If I want to return the product, can I do it from your stores? What is your return period?

You can return the products you have purchased on majestictrading.co.uk or exchange them with another product. For this, you can email info@majestictrading.co.uk within 30 days with the product and delivery receipt.

Can I make changes to my order?

After creating your basket and completing the payment step, transactions such as adding products, removing products, changing colors/sizes, and payment methods cannot be made in your order. If you need to make a change in your order, you can make a change from our stores after the products reach you, or if your order has not yet been invoiced, you can cancel it through our customer service and create an order again.

I lost my invoice. Can I get it again?

When you shop on Boyner.com.tr, your products will be sent to you with a delivery note, and your invoice will be sent to your email address. With the invoice or waybill you receive, you can make exchange/return transactions from our stores or return from our warehouse with an easy return code. If you have lost your Sale invoice, you can contact our customer service to get it again.

Can I get my refund on a card other than cash or the card I paid for?

We will transfer the respective amount to your said bank account
